Gin Cocktails


Archipelago G&T

Ingredients:

60ml ARC Botanical Gin
120ml premium Indian Tonic Water
Twist of pomelo peel
Juniper berries
Assortment of spices & botanicals
Cubed ice

Method:

Pour the ARC Gin into a glass with ice, add the fever tree tonic and stir. Add the garnish(es) and serve!

The Dewey Gimlet

Ingredients:

45ml ARC Botanical Gin
15ml fresh grapefruit juice
15ml fresh lime Juice
15ml simple syrup
Lime wheel

Method:

Pour ARC Botanical Gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously until very cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, or strain over a rocks glass filled with ice, depending on preference. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.

ARC Negroni

Ingredients:

45ml ARC Botanical Gin
45ml Sweet Vermouth
(Recommended: Cocchi Vermouth di Torino)
45ml of Granada Vallet Liqueur


Method:

In a mixing glass with ice, add the ARC Barrel Reserve Gin, vermouth and Granada Vallet Bitter Liqueur. Mix with a few quick turns until blended. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice block or sphere. Garnish with a twist or slice of Sagada orange.
