Espresso Martini

30ml Mina Real Mezcal or Vodka (of your choice)
20ml Royal Vallet Amargo Liqueur
30ml Espresso

Hot Toddy

Ingredients:
30ml Royal Vallet Fernet Liqueur
15 ml Lemon juice
20ml Orange juice
Spices & Hot Water

Orange County Punch

45ml Amargo-Angostura Vallet
10 Lime juice (Squeeze wedge)
Top with Ginger beer
Orange peel

Pour all ingredients into a low-ball glass with ice and garnish with an orange peel

Garibaldi

45 ml Royal Vallet Granada Liqueur
100ml fresh orange juice
Garnish: Orange slice & a Garibaldi biscuit

Negroni

Ingredients:
35ml mezcal
25ml Royal Vallet Granada Vallet
30ml Vermouth Rosso
Garnish: Orange Slice

The Crimson Ghost

45ml Mina Real Mezcal
25ml Cherry Heering
10ml Amargo-Angostura Vallet
10ml Aperol

Stirred, strain into chilled coupe, brandied cherry garnish.

Hanky Panky

45ml Gin (of your choice)
25ml Royal Vallet Amargo Liqueur
Angostura Bitters

Nightcap

Ingredients:
30ml whisky
20ml Royal Vallet Fernet Liqueur
30ml espresso
10ml sugar syrup

Caber Flip

25ml Amargo-Angostura Vallet
25ml Famous Grouse
25ml Simple Syrup
10ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg Yolk
Plum Bitters

Put all of your ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake well and strain back into the shaker to remove the ice then shake again (this is called a reverse dry shake). Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
